Some friends and I were doing a song-a-week challenge for a while and this is one of the songs that came out of it. It stems from the restlessness I felt when my chronic symptoms were really leaving me down and out, with no energy to get out of the house. I wanted to convey the feelings associated with being restless, not just in the lyrics, but also in the whole feel of the song. I really like how it turned out (this was probably the easiest song to record. Did it in like 3 takes and it didn't need much mixing at all. A pleasant rarity).
